• Associates Degree in Accounting required.
• 2+ years of related accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Ability to communicate with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily transaction accounting activities, including reconciliations and ledger maintenance.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing under supervision.
• Prepare complex sales and use tax returns; review 1099 filings.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements.
• Explain transactions and issues to clients and team as needed.
