Aprio, a Top 20 CPA and advisory firm, seeks a Manager, Client Accounting Advisory Services – Restaurant, Franchise & Hospitality (CAAS RFH) to lead onboarding and ongoing accounting for restaurant, franchise, and hospitality clients. You will guide engagements from signed scope to recurring delivery, coaching accounting professionals and serving as the primary trusted advisor for your portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Five+ years of progressive accounting experience including workpaper prep, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial statement prep or review.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and professional judgment.
• Experience leading multiple client-facing projects with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to connect financial results to business operations and explain data-driven insights.

Aufgaben

• Own onboarding from kickoff to transition to recurring accounting team.
• Lead month-end and year-end close with automation where appropriate.
• Prepare and review complete, well-supported workpapers with audit trail.
• Establish workpaper standards and organized schedules for reviews.
• Coordinate system implementations, data access, and reporting design.
