Responsibilities

• Manage multiple clients, software, and chart of accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Process or record accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts and payroll postings.
• Prepare account reconciliations and basic to moderate financial statements.
• Assist with sales tax returns, Form 1099s and audit workpapers as requested by clients.
