The role is remote within California and offers a salary range of $155,000 to $250,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Represent plaintiffs in labor and employment litigation, including wage disputes, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination cases.
• Conduct case evaluations, prepare legal documents, negotiate settlements, and provide legal counsel to clients.
• Stay updated on legislative changes affecting employment law.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as needed.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Valid California law license.
