Job summary

This flexible, event-based role offers shift-dates that vary by event and opportunity to work part-time or per assignment.

You'll maintain a safe, welcoming environment, provide excellent guest service, verify credentials, control access, and report incidents.

Qualifications

• Valid Tennessee Security Guard License or ability to obtain one
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Monitor posts and maintain a visible security presence
• Verify credentials and control access to designated areas
• Conduct foot patrols at event venues
• Assist with crowd management and guest direction
• Observe and report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or policy violations
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and guest requests
• Complete accurate incident reports and required documentation
• Provide outstanding customer service while interacting with attendees, vendors, and event personnel

Schedule: Shift dates and times vary based on event needs. Day, Swing, Overnight, Weekday, and Weekend shifts may be available.

Essential Job Duties

• Monitor assigned posts and maintain a visible security presence.

Minimum Qualifications
