CA Licensed Mental Health Therapist - $3,500 sign on bonus

Join Our Team of Virtual California Mental Healthcare Providers! Foresight is an outpatient mental health company offering virtual and in-person therapy across California. Our goal is to improve access to high-quality mental health care. We are actively hiring California licensed mental health therapists based in Arizona who want to work remotely and make a meaningful impact with clients throughout California.

As a Foresight Therapist, You’ll Enjoy:

What You’ll Do:

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families (virtually or in-person)
• Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
• Complete electronic documentation within 72 hours
• Manage caseload including scheduling, billing, and attendance
• Sign-on Bonus: $3,500 (paid over 9 months) for full-time roles
• Salary: $70,000–$110,000/year based on caseload (minimum 25 clients/week)

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), LPCCs, or Psychologists residing in a state we operate in (CA residency for hybrid roles)
• Not opted out of Medicare
