Our purpose is to improve access to high-quality mental health care. We are actively hiringCalifornia licensed mental health therapists based in Texas who want to work remotely while making a meaningful impact with clients throughout California.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families (virtually or in-person)
• Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
• Complete timely electronic documentation (within 72 hrs)
• Management of caseload including schedule maintenance, charge slips, high balances and consistent attendance
• Sign-on Bonus: $3,500 for full-time roles (paid over 9 months)
• Competitive Salary for a full-time role of $70,000–$110,000/year (based on caseload, minimum of 25 clients/week)

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCCs), and or Clinical Psychologists who reside in a state in which we operate (CA residency required for hybrid roles).
• Must not be opted out of Medicare

• Proficiency with EHR systems and comfort using digital tools (Google Suite, Zoom)

• Reliable time management (including maintaining a consistent schedule), attention to detail, and professional conduct across all responsibilities
