CA Licensed Mental Health Therapist - $3,500 sign on bonus

Join Our Team of Virtual California Mental Healthcare Providers! Foresight is an outpatient mental health company offering virtual and in-person therapy across California. Our goal is to improve access to high-quality mental health care. We are actively hiring California licensed mental health therapists based in Florida who want to work remotely and make a meaningful impact with clients throughout California.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families (virtually or in-person)
• Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
• Complete electronic documentation within 72 hours
• Manage caseload, schedule, charge slips, high balances, and attendance
• Sign-on Bonus: $3,500 for full-time roles, paid over 9 months
• Salary: $70,000–$110,000/year (based on caseload, minimum of 25 clients/week)

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCCs), or Clinical Psychologists residing in a state where we operate (CA residency required for hybrid roles)
• Must not be opted out of Medicare
