Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in California to provide clinical supervision and telehealth sessions, with some face-to-face sessions at San Diego, Huntington Beach, and Berkeley. The role includes a mandatory six-resident supervision load and a continued clinical caseload.

We offer credentialing and billing support, plus a ramp stipend for clinicians providing 30+ hours per week. This is a clinician-led, nationwide hybrid care model prioritizing measurable client progress.

Qualificações

• Independently licensed LCSW living in California, willing to credential for supervision.
• Able to supervise a minimum of six resident clinicians.
• Coaching and documentation oversight for clinical development and supervision performed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervision to resident clinicians; minimum 7 hours/week depending on caseload.
• Maintain a clinical caseload with at least 10 hours of client availability per week.
• Complete weekly supervision and coaching documentation; coordinate with Regional Clinical Director.
