BCG Attorney Search in San Francisco seeks a licensed California attorney to join as Intake Coordinator. The role focuses on first contact with potential clients, preliminary case viability assessments, and delivering excellent client service from initial contact through intake.

The position requires JD and active California Bar membership, with experience in personal injury or medical malpractice a plus. Strong communication, organization, and familiarity with legal software are essential

Qualifications

Licensed attorney in California, in good standing with the California Bar.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required; California Bar active.
Experience in personal injury and medical malpractice law preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Compassionate, patient, client-centered approach.

Responsibilities

Conduct intake interviews to gather key case information.
Assess viability of new cases and provide initial insights.
Serve as first point of contact for potential clients.
Manage the intake process from initial contact to case acceptance.
Maintain organized client records in the case management system.
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth transition to case handling.
Build relationships with prospective clients to ensure a positive experience.
