SunBuggy in Arroyo Grande is seeking an ATV Rental Manager / Customer Service Rep to oversee store and beach team operations, manage reservations, check-ins, and ensure guest expectations are met with friendly, clear communication.

The role requires coaching staff, enforcing policies, handling paperwork and end-of-day contract closeouts, greeting guests on arrival, and maintaining a neat work area. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are expected.

Qualifications

• Prior experience motivating teams of people.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to maintain and foster cooperative and courteous working relationships with the public, peers, and supervisors.
• Ability to communicate clearly over the phone, online, and in-person.
• Maintain a valid Driver's License and basic math competency.

Job Overview

Maintain knowledge of the different rentals offered by SunBuggy to be able to competently answer questions and set proper guest expectations. Coordinate the “Store Team” and the “Beach Team” to take new reservations and check in customers with existing reservations. Ensure policies are followed and provide coaching as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous OHV or Beach rental business experience desired but not required
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to maintain and foster cooperative and courteous working relationships with the public, peers, and supervisors
• High School Diploma and basic math competency
• Ability to look up directions and navigate
• Ability to communicate clearly over the phone, online, and in-person
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, and reach
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
