SunBuggy in Arroyo Grande is seeking an ATV Rental Manager / Customer Service Rep to oversee store and beach team operations, manage reservations, check-ins, and ensure guest expectations are met with friendly, clear communication.

The role requires coaching staff, enforcing policies, handling paperwork and end-of-day contract closeouts, greeting guests on arrival, and maintaining a neat work area. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are expected.

Formación

• Prior experience motivating teams of people.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to maintain and foster cooperative and courteous working relationships with the public, peers, and supervisors.
• Ability to communicate clearly over the phone, online, and in-person.
• Maintain a valid Driver's License and basic math competency.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure policies are followed by Store and Beach teams and participate in store/beach processes as needed.
• Maintain a neat appearance of work area and participate in keeping store area clean.
• Prepare paperwork as dictated by schedule and maintain office supplies.
• Assist with closing out contracts at the end of day.
• Greet and orient guests on check-in.
