Job summary

Arch Systems, LLC seeks a Senior Management Consultant to provide senior-level management, acquisition, program operations, and process improvement support within a complex U.S. Coast Guard technology and mission-support environment. The role requires direct experience with the U.S.

Coast Guard, acquisition lifecycle management, and stakeholder coordination. You will manage major workstreams, develop deliverables, coordinate activities, and drive initiatives from planning through execution

Qualifications

• Direct professional experience supporting the U.S. Coast Guard is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, program management, acquisition support, technology lifecycle management, or related fields.
• Demonstrated understanding of U.S. Coast Guard organizations, missions, operational environments, and program structures.
• Experience coordinating across acquisition, technical, engineering, operational, logistics, and management stakeholders.
• Experience developing executive briefings, reports, dashboards, metrics, and decision-support materials.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Government suitability and credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level management consulting and program support across technology acquisition, lifecycle management, business operations, strategic planning and organizational improvement initiatives.
• Support operational, functional, system, and technical requirements development for Coast Guard technology and C5I/C4ISR capabilities.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and supporting project schedules.
• Prepare executive-level reports, briefings, presentations, status updates, and consolidated program reporting.
• Coordinate and support major system installations, technical design reviews, and Operational Test & Evaluation activities.
• Develop program metrics, KPIs, dashboards, readiness measures, and reporting mechanisms to support Government decision-making.
• Facilitate working groups, stakeholder meetings, and executive governance meetings.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to manage priorities, deliverables, stakeholder expectations, and emerging requirements.
