Job summary

Scientific Research Corporation is seeking a skilled technician to support the fabrication, integration, and on-site installation of C4ISR systems aboard Navy and MSC vessels. The role involves working with cables, racks, and electrical/mechanical assemblies across multiple ship variants.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, 5–8 years of shipboard experience, NAVSEA and MIL-STD familiarity, and the ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5–8 years of direct C4I shipboard system installation experience.
• Experience installing/running cables and dressing shipboard cableways per NAVSEA standards.
• Cable fabrication to include hardwiring lighting, terminals and Mil Std connectors.
• Ability to read and understand shipboard installation documentation.
• OSHA 10 Maritime certification (must provide photo copy).

Responsibilities

• Assist in fabrication and integration of C4ISR systems on multiple ship variants.
• Support technicians in fabrication, integration, testing, operation, maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical circuits.
• Provide feedback to production management and QA on issues/defects.
• Perform on-site installation of equipment and products in the continental United States at Naval Bases and shipyards.
