Job summary
Scientific Research Corporation is seeking a C4ISR Systems Installation Lead Technician in Newport News to plan, execute, and oversee shipboard installation activities supporting U.S. Navy RCS and IC systems.
You will ensure compliance with NAVSEA, NAVWAR and Fleet Readiness standards, manage schedules, report progress, and coordinate with shipyards, government stakeholders, and engineering authorities to meet milestones.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience with C4I RCS and IC installation and testing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and in-person status briefings.
Responsibilities
- Leading and coordinating installation, integration, and testing of RCS/IC systems.
- Supervising teams and interfacing with shipyards and government stakeholders.
- Performing verification, validation and configuration audits.
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams in a shipyard environment to meet milestones.
