Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 7–10 years of modernization planning and architectural development experience.

Responsibilities

Lead modernization planning and architectural development for networks, cybersecurity, transport, and C4ISR related capabilities.
Develop technical roadmaps aligned with priorities, mission needs, and long-term strategies.
Translate requirements into technical specs, designs, and integration approaches.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across engineering, operations, IT, and programs.
Oversee system integration, testing, configuration management, and risk mitigation.
Mentor cross-functional engineering teams and stay current with emerging technologies.
