Job summary

JT4, LLC is hiring multiple C4ISR engineers with diverse experience levels to support U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy programs. Roles emphasize systems engineering, software development, and secure communications in DoD environments.

Candidates must hold a relevant engineering degree (ABET-accredited) and a Top Secret clearance with special access, with U.S. citizenship. Salary ranges from $110,000 to $185,000 with comprehensive benefits and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution with four years of related engineering experience, or accredited MS with at least 2 years, or accredited PhD in Engineering.
• Must have DoD security clearance up to Top Secret with special access, and be a U.S. citizen.
• Strong background in C4ISR, systems engineering, and defense communications systems; experience with DoD architecture and interoperability protocols.

Responsibilities

• Integrate C4ISR technologies to enhance operational capabilities and mission effectiveness.
• Work across hardware and software components to ensure interoperability of sensors, networks, and data processing systems.
• Contribute to Developmental Test & Evaluation (DT&E) of ISR solutions to optimize mission-critical information flow and decision-making.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to implement security, network architecture, and real-time data analytics for defense applications.
