Job summary

Advanced Technology Systems Company seeks a Technical Director specialized in C4ISR/C5ISR to lead development, integration, and operations strategies. The role focuses on sensor integration, secure comms, C2, and hybrid power for border/security deployments in varied environments. Counter-UAS systems are also within scope.

The candidate will guide senior engineering teams, drive innovation, and ensure high-quality, secure, interoperable systems across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, IT or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in C4ISR/C5ISR with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proficient in C4ISR/C5ISR architectures, system integration, and AI/ML/data analytics.
• Knowledgeable with the new business capture process.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP) are a plus.
• Security clearance must be possessed or be able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the C4ISR/C5ISR program, aligning with goals.
• Oversee design, development, and integration of complex C4ISR systems.
• Lead technical teams in cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
