Job summary

JCTM is seeking a C4ISR Analyst to provide all-source intelligence analysis in support of MCIA and DoD requirements. You will assess foreign C4ISR and ISR capabilities, identify trends, and develop concise defense intelligence products for decision-makers.

The role requires leading analytic efforts, applying structured techniques, and collaborating with IC partners. On-site Quantico, VA candidates with TS/SCI clearance are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required or ability to obtain.
• 8+ years of experience conducting all-source and C4ISR analysis.
• Experience with defense intelligence reporting standards and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• All-Source Intelligence Analysis: assess, forecast, and explain security issues and developments.
• ISR Capability Assessment: research foreign ISR capabilities across multiple sources.
• Detection Capability Analysis: analyze foreign capabilities to detect and track activities.
• Early Warning Analysis: determine foreign timelines and implications for operations.
• Technology Transfer Analysis: follow tech transfers and their military impact.
• Acquisition and Modernization Analysis: monitor ISR trends and impacts on operations.
• Structured Analytic Techniques: apply HAC/Red Team/Alternative Futures analyses.
• Intelligence Collection Support: identify gaps and assist in collection requirements.
• Analytic Leadership: guide teams in applying analytic methodologies.
