Job summary

BTS Software Solutions in Quantico, VA seeks a Jr C4ISR Analyst to join the defense intelligence team. You will conduct all-source analysis to assess C4ISR capabilities, identify gaps, and provide timely insights to support national security objectives.

The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree, with substitution options. You will work with interdisciplinary teams and contribute to ongoing modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category.
• An additional 4 years of experience in the specific labor category may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the labor category.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source methods to assess C4ISR capabilities and vulnerabilities.
• Analyze foreign military exercises to identify C4ISR TTPs and doctrine.
• Assess C4ISR assets including disposition, networks, and targeting.
• Analyze ELINT data sources and techniques.
• Monitor ISR acquisition trends and assess impact on operations.
• Produce all-source analytic products on naval/military capabilities.
• Determine future ISR capabilities using SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, HUMINT.
• Analyze foreign capabilities to detect U.S. activities.
• Perform temporal analysis of early warning capabilities.
• Follow tech transfer impacts and adaptation by recipient actors.
• Monitor ISR modernization trends and impact.
