BTS Software Solutions is seeking a Mid C4ISR Analyst to join our Quantico, VA team. The role focuses on all-source analysis of foreign C4ISR capabilities to support national security objectives and defense intelligence requirements.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. The position emphasizes independent work, rigorous tradecraft, and the ability to interpret complex data across sources.

Qualifications

At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the labor category, with recent experience within last 2 years.
Bachelor's degree in a field related to the labor category from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

Conduct all-source methods to assess C4ISR capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities.
Analyze foreign military exercises and operations for C4ISR TTPs, doctrine, readiness, and integration issues.
Analyze C4ISR assets including disposition, movements, sensors, and networks.
Analyze ELINT data sources, tools, and techniques.
Monitor ISR acquisition/modernization trends and their impact on operations.
Conduct all-source analytic production on naval, air, and ground C4ISR capabilities.
