Job summary

BTS Software Solutions seeks a Mid C4ISR Analyst to join our team in Quantico, VA. You will conduct all-source analysis to assess C4ISR capabilities and vulnerabilities, supporting defense intelligence requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a labor-category related field from an accredited college or university.
• At least 8 years of analysis experience, with recent work within the last 2 years.
• Knowledge of C4ISR analysis methods and national security intelligence practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source analysis to assess C4ISR/ISR capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities.
• Analyze foreign military exercises to identify TTPs, readiness, and interoperability.
• Evaluate C4ISR assets: disposition, sensors, networks, and targeting considerations.
• Analyze ELINT data sources and related tools to support assessments.
• Monitor ISR modernization trends and their impact on operations.
