ODME SOLUTIONS, LLC is seeking an experienced C4I Systems Administrator to deliver remote troubleshooting and support for Fleet customers worldwide. You will create and track CASREP tickets in Helix, install and configure GCCS-M baselines, and manage diverse C4I environments across Windows, Linux, and UNIX platforms.
The role requires travel to CONUS/OCONUS naval vessels and a DoD security mindset, with several years of hands-on C4I experience and a solid understanding of DoD communications
Qualificações
- Hands-on experience with Navy C4I systems installation and testing.
- Experience delivering technical instruction to Fleet personnel.
- Solid understanding of DoD communications networks and sensors.
Responsabilidades
- Create, review, and track technical help desk tickets in Helix for CASREPs and urgent C4I issues.
- Provide high-quality remote troubleshooting to Fleet customers worldwide.
- Travel to USS Naval Vessels to install, upgrade, maintain, and configure GCCS-M baselines.
- Administer and maintain C4I environments including RHEL/Unix/Linux and Windows.
- Analyze and test COTS and GOTS software to optimize admin workflows.
