Software Mind ищет бизнес-аналитика для работы над проектами данных и BI. Ваша роль — собирать и документировать требования к данным, сотрудничать с командами Data Engineers и BI, помогать Product Owner в управлении бэклогом и определять KPI. Требуется опыт в Power BI, SQL и Agile.

Вакансия предполагает гибридные/удаленные условия и возможность работы над международными проектами.

Qualifications

• 4+ года опыта в роли Бизнес-аналитика в проектах Data/BI/Analytics/Data Warehouse.
• Умение собирать, анализировать и документировать требования к бизнесу.
• Опыт работы с Product Owner, разработчиками, Data Engineer, BI-командами и стейкхолдерами.
• Знание объектов БД (таблицы, представления, процедуры, функции).
• Понимание архитектур данных: OLTP, OLAP, Data Warehouse, Data Lake.
• Практические навыки SQL для анализа и валидации.
• Опыт работы с Power BI (отчеты, дашборды).
• Знание UML и BPMN.
• Обязателен польский язык.
• Опыт работы с Jira/Confluence.
• Опыт использования инструментов моделирования (EA, Visual Paradigm, draw.io).
• Понимание dimensional моделирования (Star/Snowflake).
• Опыт Product Owner/Proxy PO.
• Практика Agile/Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Сбор, анализ и документирование бизнес-требований по данным, отчетности и аналитическим инициативам.
• Перевод потребностей стейкхолдеров в user stories и функциональные требования.
• Поддержка Product Owner в управлении backlog, приоритизации и разъяснении фич.
• Сотрудничество с Data Engineers, BI-разработчиками и бизнес-стейкхолдерами для определения требований к данным, KPI и отчетности.
• Анализ исходных систем, потоков данных и процессов отчетности для выявления требований.
• Проведение воркшопов, сессий выяcнения требований.
• Участие в создании функциональных спецификаций, потоков процессов и сопутствующей документации.

• Capture, analyze, and document business requirements related to data, reporting and analytics initiatives
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria
• Support the Product Owner in backlog management, prioritization and feature clarification
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, BI Developers and business stakeholders to define data requirements, KPI definitions and reporting needs
• Analyze source systems, data flows and reporting processes to identify business and data requirements
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and requirement clarification meetings
• Contribute to functional specifications, process flows, data mapping and solution documentation

Требования:

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Data, BI, Analytics or Data Warehouse projects
• Strong ability to gather, analyze and document business requirements
• Experience working with Product Owners, Developers, Data Engineers, BI teams and business stakeholders
• Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively across technical and business teams
• Experience analyzing database structures and understanding data relationships
• Knowledge of database objects such as tables, views, procedures and functions
• Understanding of data architectures, including OLTP, OLAP, Data Warehouse, and Data Lake concepts
• Practical knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation
• Experience working with Power BI reports and dashboards
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN
• Polish speaking- mandatory
• Experience using modeling tools such as Enterprise Architect, Visual Paradigm, draw.io, or similar
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple parallel requests/priorities
• Experience working with Snowflake
• Understanding of dimensional modeling concepts, including Star Schema and Snowflake Schema
• Experience defining KPIs, metrics and reporting solutions
• Previous experience as a Product Owner or Proxy Product Owner
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
