Customertimes is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong data background to join our global team. This remote role supports clients across industries, translating business needs into technical requirements while ensuring clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You will design data models, build dashboards in Power BI, and write advanced SQL queries to support finance and operations decisions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring seamless communication between both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The position requires proficiency in data analysis and SQL, as well as experience with Power BI. Experience in the CPG sector is desirable. Location: 100% remote - Ukraine, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Romania, Slovenia, Czechia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia

• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications;
• Maintain documentation such as transformation rules, data dictionaries, and metric definitions;
• Design and implement mappings between multiple data sources;
• Analyze and interpret data to support business decision-making;
• Collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives;
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI;
• Provide support in data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL;
• Conduct stakeholder surveys, workshops, and meetings to collect and clarify requirements, rules, and other relevant information.

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken);
• Strong experience in writing advanced SQL queries for data extraction and analysis;
• Understanding of data warehouse, data lake, lakehouse, and ETL concepts;
• Experience with data warehouse, data lake, and enterprise big data platforms;
• Experience in data visualization with Power BI or any other BI tool;
• Experience delivering finance reporting and BI solutions for finance stakeholders;
• Background in CPG industry-related projects;
• Experience with Databricks and Azure data stack.
