Job summary

Qualifications

• Не менее 7 лет опыта в создании и развитии Power BI аналитики и работе с данными.
• Опыт на позициях Tech Lead / Lead Developer / Senior Consultant.
• Знания Data Governance, семантического моделирования и лучших практик отчетности.
• Практические знания DWH, Data Lakehouse, облачных решений и платформы Microsoft Fabric.
• Продвинутый уровень SQL, Python, DAX.
• Опыт работы с Microsoft Fabric в проектах внедрения или разработки.
• Свободное владение польским и английским языками.

Responsibilities

Do you want to create Data & Analytics solutions that genuinely support business decisions? Join our Data & Analytics Competency Center and co-create modern analytical solutions based on Microsoft Power BI. As a Lead Data Analyst (Power BI), you will bridge the world of business and technology – leading discussions with clients, translating business needs into analytical solutions, and supporting organizations in building a Data-Driven culture. You will develop reporting standards and Data Governance, support the Power BI analyst team, and collaborate with DWH architects and data engineers in designing modern data platforms.

• Collaboration with business stakeholders
• Conducting workshops, analyzing requirements, and translating business goals into analytical solutions and Power BI dashboards
• Defining reporting standards and best practices in the area of Power BI and Data Governance
• Collaborating with data developers (ETL), data architects, and DevOps/FinOps in designing and implementing solutions based on Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
• Taking on the role of team leader – mentoring, developing competencies, and providing substantive support to analysts
• Overseeing the quality, consistency, and usability of delivered analytical solutions
• Tracking market trends in the field of analytics
• Co-creating and developing the offerings of the Data & Analytics Center
• Representing the organization at industry conferences and actively participating in market events

Требования:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in creating and developing Power BI analytics and working with data
• Previous work in the role of Tech Lead / Lead Developer / Senior Consultant
• Knowledge of Data Governance principles, semantic modeling, and best reporting practices
• Practical knowledge of DWH architecture, Data Lakehouse, cloud solutions, and the Microsoft Fabric platform, supported by active participation in implementations or production projects
• Advanced knowledge of tools: SQL, Python, DAX
• Commercial experience with Microsoft Fabric gained during implementation or development projects (experience in designing architecture and recommending the use of specific platform components is a plus)
• Experience in project work with clients (gathering requirements, consulting, presentations)
• Ability to make technology decisions and take responsibility for them
• High communication and consulting skills
• Experience in the presales process (preparing concepts, supporting bidding, estimations)
• Ability to identify market trends in the field of data analytics and their practical application in building offerings and solutions for clients
• Fluent communication in Polish and English
