Job summary

Mission Driven Research, Inc. in Huntsville, AL seeks a Systems Analyst to join the C3BM engineering team. You will engage in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) integration, assess technologies, and help design future spirals with multinational partners.

The role requires an active Secret clearance, a 7+ year track record, a 4-year degree, and demonstrated proficiency in system engineering and network solutions to support real-world test, integration, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Assessing new technologies for C2BMC/ BOA. Work closely with C2BMC and BOA Advanced
• Development Government Team Lead, other Advance Development team members, and FFRDCs in assessing and developing technologies, and formulating strategies to transition C2BMC/BOA technologies to enable more efficient and effective MDS capabilities.
• Coordinate actions with MDA stakeholders, external laboratories, FFRDCs, and UARCs to integrate promising technologies into the MDS. Identify and coordinate transition plans to migrate proven capabilities into applicable C2BMC/BOA Future Spirals. Perform analysis and trade studies; identify risks; formulate requirements for C2BMC/BOA Advanced Development.
• Assist program manager in all acquisition actions to get contractors on contract, coordinate to obtain all required Government Furnished Equipment and Information, and assess overall contractor performance.
• Experience writing or reviewing technical proposals. Knowledgeable of software acquisition strategies, best practices, and lessons learned from software development efforts for major weapon system procurements within DoW.
