Job summary

APEX TK LLC is seeking a Systems Analyst to join the C3BM systems engineering efforts, focusing on C2BMC technical engineering, integration, and future concepts for multi-national exchanges.

You will assess technologies, coordinate with MDA stakeholders and labs, and support acquisition actions to bring capabilities into the MDS. A active security clearance is required, with 7+ years of experience and a BA/BS degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with MDA stakeholders, labs, FFRDCs, and UARCs to integrate tech into the MDS.
• Assist the program manager with acquisition actions and Government Furnished Equipment coordination.
• Review proposals and advise on software acquisition strategies for major weapon system procurements.

General Overview

APEX TK is looking for an amazing Systems Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will be part of the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems engineering efforts to include engaging in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multi-national exchange designs.

Job Description (What You'll Be Doing)

• Assessing new technologies for C2BMC/ BOA. Work closely with C2BMC and BOA Advanced
• Development Government Team Lead, other Advance Development team members, and FFRDCs in assessing and developing technologies, and formulating strategies to transition C2BMC/BOA technologies to enable more efficient and effective MDS capabilities.
• Coordinate actions with MDA stakeholders, external laboratories, FFRDCs, and UARCs to integrate promising technologies into the MDS. Identify and coordinate transition plans to migrate proven capabilities into applicable C2BMC/BOA Future Spirals. Perform analysis and trade studies; identify risks; formulate requirements for C2BMC/BOA Advanced Development.
• Assist program manager in all acquisition actions to get contractors on contract, coordinate to obtain all required Government Furnished Equipment and information, and assess overall contractor performance.
• Experience writing or reviewing technical proposals. Knowledgeable of software acquisition strategies, best practices, and lessons learned from software development efforts for major weapon system procurements within DoW.

• Familiarity with exploitation of artificial intelligence, modeling and simulation tools, and knowledge of verification/validation/accreditation procedures. MBSE, modular open systems architecture development, DevSecOps, and cloud migration to include use of COTS/GOTS software highly desirable.
