Job summary

Trace Systems Inc. is seeking a C2ISR Engineering Project Manager for MacDill AFB, FL to support Government APM with network and systems engineering across the C2ISR Enterprise. This role requires active Top Secret with SCI eligibility and extensive DoD acquisition experience.

You will coordinate with engineering, finance, contracts, and PMO to manage schedules, risks, and budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance and responsive service delivery while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret with SCI Eligibility clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• 5+ years acquisition experience with DoD services.
• 5+ years leading teams in similar efforts.
• 8+ years supporting ISR, communications, network, SATCOM, cybersecurity, or mission support.

Responsibilities

• Drafts/reviews PWS/SOW for government support.
• Support government in planning for acquisition and logistics requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering to translate technical requirements and standardize SLAs/MOAs.
• Support negotiations, awards, mods, and vendor performance; maintain schedules and status reports.
• Assist with PMRs and identifying cost efficiencies and process improvements.
• Work with internal groups to balance budgets and ensure proper execution of service delivery.
