Job summary

Trace Systems is seeking a C2ISR Engineering Project Manager at Pope Army Airfield, Fort Bragg, NC. The role requires coordinating with engineering and government leads to manage acquisition, logistics, and program performance across multiple efforts.

The ideal candidate has five+ years in DoD service acquisition or ISR/engineering programs and holds a Top Secret with SCI eligibility and US citizenship. Occasional travel to remote sites is expected.

• Experience leading DoD acquisition or ISR/engineering programs.

Responsibilities

• Drafts/reviews PWS/SOW for government support.
• Supports POM cycle planning for acquisition and logistics requirements.
• Coordinates with engineering to translate requirements and standardize SLAs/MOAs.
• Supports Acquisition lead on negotiations, awards, mods, and vendor performance; maintains schedules and status reports.
• Assists with PMRs and implements cost-reduction initiatives and process improvements.
• Collaborates with finance, contracts, PMO to ensure balanced budget and proper service delivery.
