Job summary

Trace Systems Inc. is seeking a C2ISR Resourcing & Vendor Manager to lead vendor support across the C2ISR Transport enterprise at MacDill AFB, Florida.

You will oversee SOWs, cost estimates, and evaluations while coordinating with engineering, contracts, and PMO to ensure effective delivery and compliant operations. The role requires Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, US citizenship, and at least five years of DoD-related acquisition experience.

Qualifications

• Active, in-scope US Government Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• US Citizenship required due to contract requirements.
• Five years of acquisition experience involving DoD services or joint-service projects or similar scope.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing SOWs, cost estimates, and technical evaluations.
• Review vendor proposals for technical compliance and cost efficiency.
• Draft/review PWS/SOW for government support.
• Support government in planning for future requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering to translate requirements and standardize SLAs/MOAs.
• Partner with Contracts/Subcontracts on negotiations, awards, mods, and vendor performance.
• Maintain schedules, dashboards, and status reports from requisition through delivery/ integration.
• Support PMO and internal teams to balance budgets for future requirements.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and corporate procedures.
