Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) seeks a talented C2 Training Systems Engineer to support the evolution, development, integration, and testing of C2BMC training systems for the Missile Defense Agency.

The role focuses on ensuring system readiness across the full engineering lifecycle. The ideal candidate holds an Active Secret clearance, a Master’s degree in a STEM field, and 12+ years of relevant experience in C2 systems and Warfighter training.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.

• Experience with Command and Control (C2) systems and Warfighter training.
• Proficiency in systems engineering processes and execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide system-level engineering support for complex distributed training systems.
• Support training system development across the full engineering lifecycle.
• Identify and reduce risks related to cost, schedule, and performance.
• Coordinate requirements, deployment, and testing with MDA and major prime contractors.
• Lead meetings, briefings, and reviews with stakeholders.
