Job summary

Qualifications

• US citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance required to perform job duties.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• Network+ certification.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working with C2 systems.
• Ability to develop C2 requirements and specifications.
• Ability to design C2 data and sensor management message formats.
• Strong understanding of C2 network physical and information layers.
• Experience with C2 networks including satellite communications, radio, wireless links, and long-haul internet.
• Experience with Ethernet, UDP, multicast protocols and cross-domain coordination.
• Understanding of Cross-Domain Solutions and security requirements at various classification levels.
• Knowledge of MDA’s C2BMC system and the MDA/BC organization and acquisition process.

Responsibilities

• Develop requirements for over-the-horizon radar data delivery and sensor management with internal and external customers.
• Design, develop, and establish sensor connections to MDA’s C2BMC laboratory enterprise system.
• Establish and maintain C2 connections between MDA’s transportable radar transmitter and receiver sites.
• Coordinate C2 connections with external organizations for hardware-in-the-loop simulators.
• Support IT infrastructure projects with MDA/IC and related teams.
• Design and implement high-level networks at remote customer and government sites.
