MTSI is seeking a talented C2 Training Systems Engineer to support the evolution, development, integration, and testing of Command-and-Control Battle Management and Communication training systems for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).

The role requires an Active Secret clearance, a Master’s degree in a STEM field, and 12+ years of hands-on experience with C2 systems and Warfighter training. You will coordinate across government, prime contractors, and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment.
