Job summary

Obsidian Solutions Group in Virginia seeks a Command and Control (C2) System Integrator to support USMC MISTC training and exercises. You will operate, integrate, and troubleshoot C2 systems in classroom and field environments.

You bring hands-on experience with C2 platforms such as C2PC, JBC-P, AFATDS, and GCSS-MC, and you can document changes, support training, and collaborate with Marines, government civilians, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; related higher degree preferred.
• Experience operating and supporting C2 systems in joint/service environments.
• Knowledge of C2 processes, MAGTF operations, and interoperability.
• Hands-on with C2 systems such as C2PC, JBC-P, AFATDS, GCSS-MC, MCS.
• Proficient with Office Suite and IT support tools.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance; travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Support training audiences in classroom, field, and exercises with C2 systems.
• Review, document, and propose changes to doctrinal publications and TTPs.
• Prepare/validate C2 systems data for battle drills and assessments.
• Integrate C2 systems in training events and troubleshoot interoperability.
• Provide user support, system setup, and live exercise assistance.
• Develop training support packages, scenarios, and system docs.
• Contribute to after-action reviews with curriculum and system refinements.
