Job summary

Nemean Solutions, LLC in the United States seeks a Systems Integration Manager to provide technical planning and integration support for C2iS in Army training contexts. You will lead simulation integration activities for CTC rotations, CSTX, and HSTE, coordinating with government clients and on-site teams.

Qualifications include a BS in IT/Systems Eng or related field, 5+ years in systems integration or military C2, and active SECRET clearance. Travel 33-50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in systems integration, military C2 systems, or related field.
• Experience supporting Army or Joint training exercises.
• Hands-on experience with one or more C2iS platforms listed above.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated C2iS technical planning and integration support for CONUS-based Army training events.
• Support Combat Training Center (CTC) Division Rotation Exercises, CSTX, and HSTE events.
• Participate in Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) events, including planning working groups and syndicates as designated by the Government.
• Develop and contribute to planning products and integration deliverables for JELC events.
• Provide on-site support during exercise execution phases, including setup, integration, execution, and recovery.
• Support multiple exercises or events concurrently, as required.
• Provide simulation integration expertise to ensure interoperability across systems.
• Configure, operate, and troubleshoot Army and Joint C2iS systems.
