Obsidian Solutions Group in Virginia seeks a Command and Control (C2) System Integrator to support USMC MISTC training and exercises. You will operate, integrate, and troubleshoot C2 systems in classroom and field environments.
You bring hands-on experience with C2 platforms such as C2PC, JBC-P, AFATDS, and GCSS-MC, and you can document changes, support training, and collaborate with Marines, government civilians, and contractors.
Primary Location: USMC MAGTF Integrated Systems Training Center (MISTC) – Site TBD
Clearance: Secret (Top Secret/SCI may be required for specific systems or missions)

The Command and Control (C2) System Integrator provides support to training audience classroom, field training, and exercise execution in the operation, utilization, and integration of joint and service-specific C2 systems within the Operations Center. This role reviews, documents, and authorizes recommended changes to C2-related doctrinal publications, MOCTT-developed pamphlets, and COC concepts, tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs). The C2 System Integrator prepares and validates C2 systems database information to support COC battle drills and performance assessments, and works collaboratively with Marines, government civilians, and contractors in both classroom and field training environments.
