Job summary

ManTech seeks a motivated, career- and customer-oriented C2 Systems Integration Expert in Stafford, VA to enable rapid enhancements for military operations. The role centers on Marine Corps information systems, CJADC2, and the development of Kill Web architectures to improve joint fires coordination.

The SME will guide interconnections of mission networks across domains, collaborate with government and contracted teams, and ensure rigorous documentation and reporting for meetings and briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 12+ years in military C2 tech; 18 years if no degree.
• Familiarity with Joint Fires integration (AFATDS, NOTM, CAC2S) and gaps-to-operations alignment.
• Deep knowledge of CJADC2 doctrine, policy, and requirements.
• Strong documentation and reporting practices using common tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Marine Corps information systems research, focusing on C5 convergence with Joint Fires and Kill Webs.
• Advance architecture and implementation of resilient Kill Webs and cross-domain sensor-shooter links.
• Guide mission networks interconnection (data links, waveforms, cloud-at-the-edge) to speed Find-Fix-Track-Target-Engage-Assess cycles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align activities with client expectations and optimize lifecycle management.
• Support CJADC2 and distributed maritime operations through development, testing, and deployment.
• Maintain rigorous project documentation and reporting; assist in planning, testing, and production of capabilities.
• Coordinate resources and administrative tasks to support mission-critical capabilities.
