Job summary

Obsidian Solutions Group is seeking a C2 Information Management Specialist to support and maintain information systems at Quantico, VA. The role manages user access, ensures compliance, and supports audits while installing hardware/software and performing backups.

The ideal candidate has experience with C2PC, SharePoint Online, and IM/KM practices within a military or government context. Travel to Camp Pendleton and Camp Lejeune is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with C2PC software in exercise/operational environments.
• Coordination with External Agency IKMO personnel for chat and collaboration.
• Operational IM/KM experience for GO level staff.
• Knowledge of working group workflow in IKMO planning documents and publications.
• Ability to use C2 systems to execute an Information Management Plan to support command decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop recommendations to store information and safeguard data flow to speed the commander's decision-cycle.
• Collaborate with adjacent and supporting organizations to integrate and employ C2 systems to reduce vulnerability to cyber security threats across networks.
• Develop assessments and recommendations to apply C2 System best practices from operationally deployed and garrison environments.
• Support the analysis and recommendations for the integration and employment of all C2 systems to support MAGTF planning and execution.
• Help assess and develop a method for data transfer, storage, and dissemination that complies with IM/KM policies.
