Job summary

Obsidian Solutions Group is seeking a C2 Information Management Specialist to provide technical support for information systems at Quantico, VA. You will manage user security access, install and configure hardware and software, perform daily backups, and help ensure compliance for internal and external audits.

Responsibilities include advising on data storage and transfer, coordinating with external IKMO personnel, and developing IM/KM plans to support command decision-making and operations.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Secret clearance required.
• Experience with C2 systems and IM/KM development.
• Ability to work in a command and control environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop recommendations to store information and safeguard data flow to speed the commander’s decision-cycle.
• Collaborate with adjacent and supporting organizations to integrate and employ C2 systems to reduce vulnerability to cyber security threats across networks.
• Develop assessments and recommendations to apply C2 System best practices from operationally deployed and garrison environments.
• Support the conduct of analysis and provide recommendations regarding the integration and employment of all Command and Control (C2) systems collaboration required to support operational and future planning, coordination, and execution in support of the MAGTF
• Help assess and develop a method for data transfer, storage, and information dissemination that complies with local and enterprise-level IM/KM policies for stakeholders
