Job summary

Obsidian Solutions Group is seeking a C2 Information Management Specialist to provide technical support for information systems at Quantico, VA. You will manage user security access, install and configure hardware and software, perform daily backups, and help ensure compliance for internal and external audits.

Responsibilities include advising on data storage and transfer, coordinating with external IKMO personnel, and developing IM/KM plans to support command decision-making and operations.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Secret clearance required.
• Experience with C2 systems and IM/KM development.
• Ability to work in a command and control environment.

Obsidian Solutions Group (OSG) is seeking an C2 Information Management Specialist to provide technical support and contribute to the improvement, implementation, and maintenance of information systems. Manages user security access that include accounts, logins, access controls, email accounts, and other items connected to the information systems. Implements internal controls to achieve compliance for internal and external audits. Installs and configures hardware and software, and performs systems setup, daily backups, connectivity.

The mission of the MSTP is to: Train and Educate Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) and Marine Expeditionary Brigades (MEB) Command Elements to conduct operations across the range of military operations, within the context of a Joint, Combined, or Coalition environment.

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Command and Control Personal Computer (C2PC) software experience for instruction and tracking within an exercise control environment
• Coordination with External Agency IKMO personnel for chat and collaboration environments.
• Combat Operations Center (COC) IM/KM development.
• Understanding working group workflow in the development of IKMO planning documents and publications.
• Operational military experience in IM/KM for GO level staff.
• Understanding of how to use C2 systems to execute an Information Management Plan (IMP) to support command decision-making, develop an IMP, develop an Annex U, and integrate IM into the MCPP and current operations.
• Ability to work within SharePoint Online to manage account access and create, manage, and modify content sites.

Desired Skills/Qualifications

• 7+ Years Direct Relevant Experience
• Proficiency using MS Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook, and SharePoint Online skills.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

• 10-15%, mainly to Camp Pendleton, CA; Camp Lejeune, NC; Camp Courtney, Okinawa, Japan
