Job summary

Obsidian Solutions Group LLC is seeking a C2 Information Management Specialist to provide technical support, manage user security access, and implement internal controls for audits. The role requires U.S. citizenship and a Secret security clearance, with travel to various locations as needed.

The candidate will install and configure hardware/software, manage IM/KM development, and support MEF/MEB planning through C2 systems implementation and data governance within SharePoint Online environments.

Qualifications

• C2PC software experience for exercise control environments.
• Coordination with External Agency IKMO personnel for chat and collaboration environments.
• Operational IM/KM experience for GO level staff.
• Understanding how to use C2 systems to execute an Information Management Plan (IMP).
• Experience with SharePoint Online for managing access and content sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop recommendations to store information and safeguard data flow to speed the commander’s decision-cycle.
• Collaborate with adjacent and supporting organizations to integrate C2 systems to reduce vulnerability to cyber threats across networks.
• Develop assessments and recommendations to apply C2 System best practices from operational and garrison environments.
• Support analysis and recommendations for integration and employment of all C2 systems to support planning and execution in support of MAGTF.
• Help assess and develop a method for data transfer, storage, and dissemination that complies with IM/KM policies.
