Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or significant applicable experience.
• 10+ years of applicable experience associated with program management, action officer duties, and software/system management activities.
• Ability to research data, analyze information, synthesize options, and make sound recommendations to government officials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• An active SECRET security clearance and the ability to maintain it.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage program plans and integration roadmaps on behalf of the customer, ensuring critical milestones are met and technical resources are aligned with program priorities.
• Support program office leadership on all programmatic and management activities associated with next-generation Joint C2 software and system capabilities.
• Support the development of written and verbal products that clearly articulate ongoing activities to internal and external organizations. This includes weekly Situation Reports, Command and Staff charts, responses to internal and external taskers, and updates to the Integrated Master Schedule.
• Coordinate Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Meetings, and Working Groups; develop briefings, agendas, minutes, and track action items to completion.
• Provide periodic reviews with appropriate representatives to determine the status of the overall project and major milestones; identify risk and mitigation approaches.
• Coordinate tasker and staffing requests and develop historical archives to maintain institutional knowledge.
