This role is a hands‑on, field‑based position responsible for performing electrical installation and support work across power, low‑voltage, and limited MEP‑related scopes on an active construction site.

Responsibilities
- Execute work in compliance with Arizona C11 licensing requirements, electrical codes, and project specifications.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, conduit, wiring, and related components.
- Perform hands‑on electrical installation and support work for new construction projects.
- Work closely with Foremen, Leads, and project supervisors to complete assigned tasks.
- Maintain jobsite safety standards and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
- Support material handling, staging, and tool/equipment organization.
- Support low‑voltage systems and coordinate with other trades as needed.
- Communicate progress, issues, or safety concerns to site leadership.
- Participate in problem‑solving and corrective actions as needed.
- Assist with inspections, walkthroughs, and punch‑list items.
- Follow daily work plans, schedules, and jobsite instructions.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working on commercial or industrial new construction electrical projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew in a fast‑paced construction environment.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, installation practices, and jobsite safety.
- Experience with conduit installation, wiring, and electrical equipment.
- Familiarity with low‑voltage systems and basic MEP coordination is a plus.
- Reliable, safety‑conscious, and comfortable working full‑time on‑site.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow direction.
- Active Arizona C11 Electrical License (Journeyman level required).
- Experience working on large, complex construction sites preferred.
