HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a C11 Licensed Journeyman to support an upcoming new engineering electrical project. This role is a hands‑on, field‑based position responsible for performing electrical installation and support work across power, low‑voltage, and limited MEP‑related scopes on an active construction site.

Responsibilities

• Execute work in compliance with Arizona C11 licensing requirements, electrical codes, and project specifications.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, conduit, wiring, and related components.
• Perform hands‑on electrical installation and support work for new construction projects.
• Work closely with Foremen, Leads, and project supervisors to complete assigned tasks.
• Maintain jobsite safety standards and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Support material handling, staging, and tool/equipment organization.
• Support low‑voltage systems and coordinate with other trades as needed.
• Communicate progress, issues, or safety concerns to site leadership.
• Participate in problem‑solving and corrective actions as needed.
• Assist with inspections, walkthroughs, and punch‑list items.
• Follow daily work plans, schedules, and jobsite instructions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working on commercial or industrial new construction electrical projects.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew in a fast‑paced construction environment.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, installation practices, and jobsite safety.
• Experience with conduit installation, wiring, and electrical equipment.
• Familiarity with low‑voltage systems and basic MEP coordination is a plus.
• Reliable, safety‑conscious, and comfortable working full‑time on‑site.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow direction.
• Active Arizona C11 Electrical License (Journeyman level required).
• Experience working on large, complex construction sites preferred.
