Job summary

Ace Hardware Home Services, Inc. is seeking a capable helper in Tyler, TX to support field technicians and the warehouse team. This role involves substantial manual labor, learning plumbing issues, and educating customers so they feel confident in the service provided.

Responsibilities include assisting with field tasks, communicating effectively with the team, and stepping up to additional duties as needed. A valid driver's license with 3+ years of driving is required.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and physical stamina for demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support a team of technicians in the field.

• Build relationships with customers and wow them with service.
• Communicate clearly with teammates in the field and office.
• Be ready to help wherever needed and perform other duties.

Job Duties

• Support a team of technicians in the field
• Lots of hard, manual labor (digging, climbing, carrying heavy items, cleaning, etc.)
• Support the Warehouse Coordinator
• Learn how to put customers at ease while educating them on plumbing issues and fixing their problems.
• Wow our customers and build relationships with them.
• Communicate positively & effectively with teammates in the field and in the office.
• Be ready and willing to help out wherever you are needed.
• Any other duties assigned by management
