Ace Hardware Home Services, Inc. is seeking a customer service professional to support service operations. You will answer calls, enter client details in ServiceTitan, and help coordinate technician schedules to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (preferred).
• Recent experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
