Job summary

Ace Hardware Home Services, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Install Apprentice to work with experienced Lead Installers and develop the HVAC trade for a long-term career. You will assist with residential installations and learn proper installation procedures while delivering customer service in customers' homes.

The role includes paid training, a structured development program, and a clear path to HVAC Installer and Service Technician roles within a trusted national brand.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and desire to learn a skilled trade.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Previous construction, maintenance, warehouse, trade school, or mechanical experience is a plus but not required.

What You'll Do
