Job summary

KBR's Missile, Aviation, and Ground Systems (MAGS) division seeks a Counter-UAS Curriculum Developer to analyze, develop, review, update, and validate C-UAS training products for the Joint CUAS University and DoW missions.

The role involves coordinating with military and civilian Subject Matter Experts, consolidating materials from multiple sources, and delivering cohesive, modular training packages derived from manuals and presentations across vendors.

Qualifications

  • Active Secret DoD security clearance or the ability to obtain TS clearance if needed.
  • Minimum five years of curriculum development experience using the SAT/ISD methodology.
  • Ability to consolidate and standardize training materials from multiple vendors and government sources into formal instructional documents.
  • Synthesize disparate training materials, manuals, and presentations into a single modular training package.
  • Must be located in the vicinity of Ft. Sill and able to coordinate with Subject Matter Experts.

Counter - UAS Curriculum Developer

Program Summary KBR’s Missile, Aviation, and Ground Systems (MAGS) division delivers mission engineering solutions for critical U.S. Army programs, specializing in aviation and ground systems, integrated air and missile defense, and threat and target systems. Job Summary Curriculum Integration Specialists will provide technical support as required to analyze, develop, review, update, and validate various C-UAS training products and materials in support of the DoW mission and the Joint CUAS University (JCU).

Basic Qualifications
  • Must possess an active Secret DoW security clearance
  • Must be able to obtain TS clearance if necessary.
  • Must be able to maintain the required clearance.
  • Must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of curriculum development experience using the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) / Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodology.
  • Be able to consolidate and standardize training materials from multiple vendors and government sources into formal instructional documents.
  • Synthesize disparate training materials, engineering manuals, and PowerPoint presentations from multiple vendors and government commands into a single, cohesive modular training package.
  • Edit content to ensure accuracy, readability, and adherence to style guides.
  • Ability to work closely with Subject Matter Experts and military and civilian personnel to incorporate real-world lessons learned.
  • Must be located in the vicinity of Ft. Sill.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in the JCU or other similar organization.
  • Formal military instructor experience and certification.
  • Experience operating C-UAS or Short Range Air Defense (SHORAD) systems.
  • Understanding of C-UAS or Air Defense doctrine and employment principles including Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC) activities.
Travel Requirement

Occasional CONUS and OCONUS travel required.
