Job summary

Constellis is seeking a C-UAS Technical Expert to plan, integrate, test, and evaluate counter-UAS activities for customers across the United States and overseas, translating requirements into effective training and deployment solutions.

The role may involve training, evaluations, exercises, field deployments, and travel; a strong knowledge of radar, RF detection, EO/IR, C2, and defeat capabilities is required.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements and field exercises.
• Ability to engage with customers, instructors, and engineers.
• Ability to interpret system manuals, CONOPS, SOPs and test plans.
• Experience supporting C-UAS operations, training, testing and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical and operational C-UAS SME during training, testing, and evaluations.
• Apply detect, track, identify, decide, and defeat methodology in layered C-UAS operations.
• Support employment and integration of radar, RF detection, electronic warfare, EO/IR, and C2 capabilities.
• Evaluate system performance, interoperability, and coverage against UAS threats.
• Advise customers on system capabilities, limitations, and tactical integration.
• Coordinate with customers, range personnel, vendors, and staff to ensure compliant operations.
• Maintain records, test data, and training documentation.
