Job summary

Advance Technology Systems Company in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an Integration & Test Engineer to support Counter-UAS development, validation, and deployment across multi-domain platforms.

You will plan, develop, and execute system integration and test activities, integrate sensors, C2, and countermeasure technologies, and collaborate with systems engineering, software, RF, and mechanical teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in system integration, test engineering, or validation.
• Experience integrating HW/SW in defense/aerospace/robotics.
• Strong multi-disciplinary troubleshooting across HW, SW, RF, and networks.
• Familiar with formal test procedures and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute system integration and test activities for C-UAS.
• Integrate sensors, C2, and countermeasure technologies into cohesive systems.
• Develop test plans, procedures, and V&V documentation.
• Conduct lab, field, and live-flight testing to validate performance.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network integration issues.
• Analyze test data and generate reports with metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve integration challenges.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts where applicable.
• Support customer demonstrations and field deployments.
• Ensure compliance with military and industry standards.
